I have one word to describe Verrillo Motor Car Company and that is “concours”. I have a 1973 Bloomington Gold Corvette that was in need of a touch up restoration in addition to a starting issue that developed over the past summer. This is when I decided to have the team at Verrillo Motor Car do the work. I live 2 hours north in Plattsburgh, New York, but knowing several people from here who have purchased cars and had work done they came highly recommended. I am totally pleased I did. Paul and Carol came to pick the car up and transported it back to me. Nicest couple you would like to meet. On the way back from Verrillo they called me to ask if my driveway was clear and how the weather was because it was snowing in the mountains. I spoke with Mrs. Verrillo on the phone and she was super nice. Tom the service manager is the person I mainly dealt with.  Tom answered all my questions, got right back to me whether by phone or email, is very professional and is a huge asses to the Verrillo team.  Tom went above and beyond to take care of my car and is probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.  Tom is not at all pushy, and you can tell the moment you talk to him that he has a passion for cars, especially Corvettes.  He did tell me that their detailing guy had been doing this for 30 years, and I could see it.  These guys are like magic.  My car has never driven better nor looked as good.  Tom is a perfect fit for this business.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.  I would like to thank Tom and the rest of the team at Verrillo Motor Car for a great experience.  This is not your typical car dealer, I am very impressed and the rates were reasonable as well.  I would not hesitate buying, restoring or consigning with this fine establishment.  I wish all businesses were run as well as Verrillo Motor Car.  Dan D, Plattsburgh, NY

This review is for the prospective buyer who buys new sports cars and is venturing into a classic car purchase.  I had been on the hunt for a classic Corvette for years.  As a lawyer, I'm a natural skeptic.  The classic market is a minefield of dealers with mixed reviews who will typically tell you what you want to hear about cars so old they are extremely hard to research.  I spoke to many who I could tell were making it up as they went along.  Verrillo kept coming up in my searches as a dealership that had been around a long time, were straight shooters, and had a reputation for dealing in high end cars. Nowhere is it more true than in the classic market 'you get what you pay for". Joe Verrillo was very patient with me with zero pressure to but the car.  He had restored the car in such a way that he wasn't worried about finding a buyer.  The car showed up better than it looked on their site.  To his credit, Joe continues to communicate, answering my novice questions.  I buy lots of cars (an illness) and there are few dealers I'd give 5 stars but VMCC has earned it.
