I wasn't sure what to expect. I had been looking for a chevy camaro for about 2 months. Hard to find in NY. After a few complicated experiences with other dealerships I came across one here at verrillos. Suprised and kind of intimidated because the site shows extremely nice and expensive sports cars like corvettes. Once i went in and saw the car the owner and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very welcoming. Had the pleasure of speaking with most that work there. You can tell they pride in their business weather it be used camaro or a sports car that probably cost more than 2x my salary. Having seen horror stories on YouTube about people buying "rusty crusty" cars through the Internet made me especially cautious. Therefore, I chose to buy a car through Verrillo Motor Car Co. in New York, and I can confirm they are a very serious and trustworthy family business company. Since they are collectors themselves, they do business in a different way, compared to your typical car dealer. I bought a 1966 Mosport Green Corvette Coupe, big block 427, manual gear with only 22’200 original milage! I was extremely happy receiving the car after the 2-month shipping procedure to Switzerland. I purchased a ‘66 L36 Corvette from Verrillo Motorcar in December of ‘24. I originally spoke to Joe Verrillo a few months prior. Joe was very helpful in describing the car, what condition it was in, what was needed to bring the car up to Top Flight condition, and what he was selling the car for.I visited Verrillo Motorcar in Clifton, NY a few weeks later to view the car and verify the work that had been done. As the body was off the car it was easy to view the frame, drivetrain, fuel and brake lines, suspension parts, etc. Everything was exactly as Joe had described and was professionally done. Additional work to be performed relating to the body and systems was discussed.A sales agreement was reached along with a timeline to view/deliver the finished vehicle. Joe was very flexible and worked with me on the dates and even came in early on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule.Upon my second visit to NY for final inspection, all the issues to be addressed were taken care of. All parts that were questionable were either refurbished or replaced with NOS as was promised. Based on my previous knowledge and experience, the finished vehicle will easily earn Top Flight status.Delivery (enclosed trailer) was on time and uneventful with no issues. I was definitely pleased with Joe, his crew, and his office support personnel.When buying any classic/high-value car, you should do your homework and obtain a written contract outlining all details of any/all work to be done, a timeline, and costs. That being said, I found Joe to be honest, reliable, and flexible. All work/restoration was professionally done with pictorial documentation.I would recommend Verrillo Motorcar Company to anyone!

I have done business with Verrillo Motor Car Company on several occasions and am very pleased. I have a 73 bloomington gold corvette that they did a touch up restoration on that I couldn't be happier with. On that occasion I dealt mainly with Tom the service manager who doesn't miss a beat. My second transaction was the purchase of a 2019 Grand sport which I purchased in February 2024. This time I dealt mainly with owner Joe Verrillo who is excellent at what he does. Joe thanked me for having patience while he was the one taking time to explain everything to me. Joe handled everything including shipping the car in enclosed trailer. Paul and Carol delivered the car They are super nice. After the purchase I was contacted by Tom to see how everything was. After 1st seeing the vehicle on your company website, we spoke, and I found you to be very knowledgeable about the that vehicle and Corvettes in general. I had initially approached you for 65/396 but decided on the 67 instead. Both cars were great examples of professional restorations.I had been looking for a Big-Block car for some time and after many false starts, it was refreshing to find someone that had many authentic cars with verifiable documentation. I’d been shopping around the US for a C3 to C5 generation Vette, really wanted one in a convertible. There sure were plenty of options starting with older C3s, then jumping forward to C4s and 5s. I just purchased a 71 Corvette convertible from Verrillo Motor Car Company. I live in Tucson, AZ. 2500 miles away and was nervous to make such a purchase over the phone and internet. I’ve been on the lookout for a 1998 Chevrolet Camaro SS for a few years now, as a had a similar V6 model in college but I was always looking for a low mileage and very clean example. As the years have gone by, these are becoming harder and harder to find. A few months ago, I noticed a very clean Camaro SS on Verrillo’s website.I sent a inquiry on the car through their website in late October and Sunday Verrillo (The co-owner) got back to me the very next day. She answered all of my questions and spent a good 30 minutes with me on the phone. I has never bought a car online or out of state and she made the process so easy. The worked with me on the price and I felt that it was a win/win for both of us.Sunday was awesome and she and her team mailed the paperwork to me, and I signed it and mailed it back. The instructions they included with the document packet ahead of the cars arrival was perfect and so easy to follow. I had everything I needed to take to my local DMV and get my car registered. It truly put me at ease. The car had the original documentation, and original window stickers. That was a huge plus for me.Obviously, for me buying a car site unseen was terrifying. But Sunday and her technician did a FaceTime video with me and did a video walk-through of the car, and did a coldstart video of me. They assured me, that the car was virtually brand new and a time capsule for 23 years. I definitely believed that, and they earned my trust in the short time that I talk to them but you’re still not 100% sure.The entire process is awesome. The hardest part for me was waiting on the car. We purchased it right after the SEMA show so all the transports were busy for a couple of weeks, but it wasn’t a big deal. I have never done a car transport before but Sunday arranged the entire thing and made it easy.The arrival of the transport was a sight to see. Watching the Camero come off the truck was something I’ll never forget. We were so excited, and getting to look at the car for the first time was definitely not a disappointment. It was even better than I expected and in better shape than we ever could’ve imagined. The paint on the car is virtually flawless and the interior is even better. This car is truly a time capsule and was so well represented by Sunday and her team.Just know that when you buy a car from Verrillo, you are getting a top-notch vehicle. They don’t carry cars but they wouldn’t own themselves. We are so happy to have met and done business with Sunday and her team. I tend to like the collection of C7-C8 Corvettes that they keep in inventory. Typically Laguna blue C7's-circa 2015 through 2016 and Elkhart Lake blue C7's & C8's, circa 2018 through 2020+ with light gray interiors and gray tops. These are rare color combinations that I love in particular. They look stunning! They also seem to keep a good selection of earlier models, as well as C4's through C6's. Great job keeping it diverse---one can only buy so many Red Corvettes --- I've owned 11 Corvettes, 5 of which were Red. So I appreciate the diverse color selection of Corvettes.

This review is for the prospective buyer who buys new sports cars and is venturing into a classic car purchase. I had been on the hunt for a classic Corvette for years. As a lawyer, I’m a natural skeptic. The classic market is a minefield of dealers with mixed reviews who will typically tell you what you want to hear about cars so old they are extremely hard to research. I spoke to many who I could tell were making it up as they went along. Verrillo kept coming up in my searches as a dealership that had been around a long time , were straight shooters and had a reputation for dealing in high end cars. Nowhere is it more true than in the classic market “you get what you pay for”. Joe Verrillo was very patient with me with zero pressure to buy the car. He had restored the car in such a way that he wasn’t worried about finding a buyer. The car showed up better than it looked on their site. To his credit Joe continues to communicate answering my novice questions. I buy lots of cars (an illness) and there are few dealers I’d give 5 stars but VMCC has earned it.

Just bought a beautiful 2015 Corvette from Bill, Joe and Sunday at Verrillo Motor Cars. The car was 100 % what it was represented to be. I looked at pre owned Corvettes at other dealers and soon realized that I was wasting my time. I am from New Hampshire and the largest Corvette dealer in my area would not let me drive a used Corvette that I was considering until after I bought it ! Deal Killer ! Inspecting the car on a lift was also going to be a problem. In any case it was a pleasure to do business with people that actually want to do business with a serious customer. They run a very professional dealership stocking only the best quality cars available. They surely are a cut above there contempories and I am happy that I purchased my car from them. The Verrillo Web site is a great resource when looking for a special car. The inventory turns fast so if you see something that you like you should call quickly because the next time that you look it will be gone. In my quest for a Corvette this happened to me a couple of times. In any case I will do business with them again.

It was meticulously maintained and when I picked it up from prestige it look brand-new they did a terrific job. Overall the service was friendly quick into the point.
