All dreams start with passion, and for Joe Verrillo, his passion has always been Corvettes and GM muscle cars. At age 17, he started a tiny shop called Classic Auto Sales and Service with just a handful of

I'm editing my original review:I've had the pleasure of knowing Joe Verrillo for a number of years. I've completed ten (10) transactions with Joe and his team at VMC. I've purchased a '72 Big Block Stingray Convertible, a '63 Sting Ray Convertible, a '67 Sting Ray Convertible, a '71 LT-1 Convertible, a 2007 Super Snake Shelby, a 2023 70th Anniversary Corvette, a 2008 Corvette Z06 and Joe purchased my '21 Stingray Convertible from me and resold the Shelby. In each of those transactions I've found Joe to be very credible. Joe is connected within the NCRS and is active in Bloomington Gold. If you're considering purchasing a Corvette (any model year) then you can consider VMC a good place to start. I started working with Joe Verrillo almost 2 years ago. At that time Joe had a 53' Gold Rush trailer listed for sale on his website. Joe went above and beyond to accurately describe the trailer. He sent me a walk around video and additional in depth pictures. I did not purchase the trailer, but I applauded his honesty with how he depicted the trailer. Fast forward to 2025 I made 2 purchases from Joe. The first was L68 1967 Corvette Coupe and the second was a L71 Corvette Roadster. Both cars are highly awarded and documented cars. One of the rare instances in which I feel like I can give a 5/5 star rating. Sunday, Joe, and the whole Verrillo team were exceptionally professional, helpful, and efficient in the sale of my 2004 C5 Z06. For many months I searched for an all-original, low-miles example of this car and ended up finding it at Verrillo. The car was extremely well documented and very thoroughly/accurately represented in the listing. Verrillo arranged transport of the car from NY to TX, pre-prepared registration documents, etc. They are an absolutely top-tier outfit and I could not recommend them more highly!

I just purchased a 2004 Z06 from Verillo Motor Cars. I buy a lot of cars. Rarely do they show up at my door as nice as this car is. Super minty condition. Especially considering it's over 20 years old.There was a miscommunication regarding the age of the tires. Which Joe Verillo promptly made right without hesitation. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had been looking for a chevy camaro for about 2 months. Hard to find in NY. After a few complicated experiences with other dealerships I came across one here at verrillos. Suprised and kind of intimidated because the site shows extremely nice and expensive sports cars like corvettes. Once i went in and saw the car the owner and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very welcoming. Had the pleasure of speaking with most that work there. You can tell they pride in their business weather it be used camaro or a sports car that probably cost more than 2x my salary. Even at the last minute they were unhappy with the tires and took the time to add brand new all seasons on it. Got me a fantastic deal and and a great warranty that they can service/repair in house on location. I couldn't be happier with how easy and simple this was. These guys are awesome. Having seen horror stories on YouTube about people buying "rusty crusty" cars through the Internet made me especially cautious. Therefore, I chose to buy a car through Verrillo Motor Car Co. in New York, and I can confirm they are a very serious and trustworthy family business company. Since they are collectors themselves, they do business in a different way, compared to your typical car dealer. I bought a 1966 Mosport Green Corvette Coupe, big block 427, manual gear with only 22’200 original milage! I was extremely happy receiving the car after the 2-month shipping procedure to Switzerland. I purchased a ‘66 L36 Corvette from Verrillo Motorcar in December of ‘24. I originally spoke to Joe Verrillo a few months prior. Joe was very helpful in describing the car, what condition it was in, what was needed to bring the car up to Top Flight condition, and what he was selling the car for.I visited Verrillo Motorcar in Clifton, NY a few weeks later to view the car and verify the work that had been done. As the body was off the car it was easy to view the frame, drivetrain, fuel and brake lines, suspension parts, etc. Everything was exactly as Joe had described and was professionally done. Additional work to be performed relating to the body and systems was discussed.A sales agreement was reached along with a timeline to view/deliver the finished vehicle. Joe was very flexible and worked with me on the dates and even came in early on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule.Upon my second visit to NY for final inspection, all the issues to be addressed were taken care of. All parts that were questionable were either refurbished or replaced with NOS as was promised. Based on my previous knowledge and experience, the finished vehicle will easily earn Top Flight status.Delivery (enclosed trailer) was on time and uneventful with no issues. I was definitely pleased with Joe, his crew, and his office support personnel.When buying any classic/high-value car, you should do your homework and obtain a written contract outlining all details of any/all work to be done, a timeline, and costs. That being said, I found Joe to be honest, reliable, and flexible. All work/restoration was professionally done with pictorial documentation.I would recommend Verrillo Motorcar Company to anyone!
